The Cheshire Sausage Hotel is an exclusive higher standard licensed home-away-from-home dog boarding and daycare experience.
We are conveniently located just outside Chester city centre and only two mins off the A55, serving the North West, North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire and Merseyside.
About Us
Having owned generations of dachshunds, we know kennels can be especially stressful for our little sausages. With our dog home boarding service your precious sausage gets to go on their own holiday, living with us in the comfort of our home.
Every dachshund that comes to stay with us is treated like a member of the family. There are no kennels or cages unless you bring your own crate.
This attention to detail is why we attained the 'Higher Standard' in our recent licensing inspection, meeting all standards set out in the regulations for animal welfare.
Location, Location
Due to our ideal location just outside the city centre, we have access to some of the most beautiful countryside and beaches from the Peak District all the way up the North Wales coast for some memorable doggy days out. We also have access to a specialist dog field for off lead exercise and play time.
Resident Sausage
Our resident dachshund Rolo is a sociable little character and loves welcoming new doggy friends into our home.
If he isn’t asleep legs akimbo on the sofa he is ferreting around our secure garden looking for fun. After all the play Rolo loves nothing more than curling up next to another sausage and giving his new friends all the cuddles.
